I do as much as I can online or in person (I don’t do the phone). I was able to order the tires I wanted and set up an appointment online. When I arrived at Graham, they were ready for me! I was able to relax in a comfortable spot, read my book and enjoy some coffee, while they worked. The tires are fabulous and I’m so pleased with the very friendly and helpful folks I interacted with!

Very patient, honest, and kind individuals that work here. David was so great to work with and made the process very smooth and non-stressful after my car broke down and I had it towed there. I HIGHLY recommend!

Great service! Customer service was a 10. Very accommodating! Left my Hydro cup and retrieved the next day and it was THERE! Had called another Graham tire not impressed with there customer service…..but these guys who do scheduling at Artisan Way actually know how to talk to people and were polite and kind and know what customer service is!! Questions I asked they already addressed it and was on the quote sheet! Will go back to this Graham tire in future for sure!

I had oil change and brakes installed. They did a great job. Completed in a timely manner, completed when they said they would. Took me home and picked me up when completed which was awesome as I'm a single person.
